The hotel location was good since it was near to important places. It was also great that they offered breakfast which was delicious.
My experience at this hotel was not great. the room I was given had dirty towels and linens which made me feel uncomfortable.

The towels and bed sheets were also changed regularly, which was great. The location was great, and it was easy to access various amenities, like shops and restaurants, as they were within walking distance. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the WiFi connectivity, which was fast and reliable.
My experience at the hotel was ruined by the unprofessional staff who lacked basic customer service skills. They were rude, unwelcoming and unaccommodating.
